I am writing a book and need a editor, I know that's vague so here what I need.
I need someone with...
The ability to understant what I trying to say.
someone that likes medieval fiction. kinda like the wheel of time.
some one with open office, not needed.
If I think a can trust you the I will Email you a copy of the book.

I would do it, but... My goodness my work has been piling up. Not to mention I just started working for someone. Really sorry I can't help, though if nobody here offers to help you might just want to google willing editors. Looking things up is a surprisingly seldom first choice.

Ask your English teacher; if you give him/her a copy of one chapter of your story, and if they're a good teacher who cares about their students having an interest in writing, they'll likely be happy to edit and give you hints on your story.
Here's a few hints based off what I know of you:
1. Get a fucking spellchecker. I mean really. Society is not spelled "sosyity".
2. Remember basic rules about grammar (i.e. don't confuse you're and your; they're, their, and there; than and then; affect and effect; except and accept; a and an; who and whom ((okay, that's getting a bit pedantic)), and so on)
3. Expand your vocabulary. But don't go so far as to use downright obscure words; over-the-top, incomprehensible language is just as bad as repetitive diction.
