So i feel like i am in a sense trading one issue for another as I become more active in my eating disorder. I binged and purged today and i have to admit it was tiring. I wanted to rid myself of everything but i got so worn out. Was also wondering if its okay to use mouthwash after purging.

What are the issues you feel you're trading for this?
I think it's quite normal for Eating Disorders to be interchanged with other issues. I know my ED was basically just my self-harm in another form. Not so much the starving part, but the binging and purging especially. It's a type of release like self-harm is.
Eating disorders are pretty much a coping strategy, so they are often paired with many psychological issues and mental illnesses.

Purged for a good 45 minutes this evening. I want it all out of my stomach! I dont want any more weight or calories. Or ANYTHING. I want to loose 40lbs. GW 80lbs. I want to keep purging but I cant risk being caught and its tiring.....I dont know what to do with myself or who to tell.

It sounds like you are unhappy with your ED, and I admire you for posting to get help. From experience with binging and purging, after a while it is an addiction; and it can be harder for you as you want to push yourself more to purge all of the food.
Regarding you wanting to tell somebody, I think it would be good for you to firstly write down your feelings and sensations etc regarding your ED, and depending on where you live and your age, it would be helpful to speak to your school/college counsellor, counselling drop in sessions, go to your GP/Doctor, or if you feel comfortable enough you could tell a family member?
I do hope that you do get the help you deserve.
Take care x
