its probably just cause you dont wash well enough. always wash under the foreskin (if ur uncircumcised). it can get bad if you dont wash, mate. is the pain in your balls or you dick? if its in your balls it prob. just sperm developing. cause im a pretty early bloomer my balls hurt alot when i was 11/12. usually its a sign ur gonna ejaculate soon. i dont know if you already have. hope i could help:)

No, I don't think it is. Your balls produce sperm all the time, that's why millions are created every day and my balls don't hurt once during the day.

You know, I'm not sure what it is...I'll do some research, but I don't think it's much of anything to worry about. Tho it's always advised that if the problem is minor and not chronic, you should wait until your next physical (every year or so) and ask about it.
