I have a history of sleepwalking, but it is happening a lot more now that I've started puberty (e.g. on Xmas eve, I stood at the top of my stairs yelling "MOMMA BROWNIES" at him. This came from him, of course). Does this have anything to do with the fact that I'm going through puberty?

Probably.
Your circadian rhythms are changing (the times you sleep and stuff) because of the hormones, so chances are your body is not tired but your brain is. The result?
You guessed it, sleepwalking.
Hopefully this should stop after a few weeks, once your body gets used to the new rhythm. If it doesn't, you may want to see a doctor, just to make sure it's nothing serious although I doubt it is.

Some problems can come from sub-concious issues you may have, try speaking to someone about whats on your mind
also try not using phones/ipods before sleeping

I would assume so just because of the fact that it recently started to occur in your life.
