Hello, I am chris, I am sixteen, and am A little overweight.
I would really like to loose weight, slim down, and gain better muscle tone.
How Could I do this, when still maintaining a healthy lifestyle?

Change your dietary habits. Try to not eat fattening, greasy foods - and cut back on the carbs a bit. Are you in any sports? If not have you tried cycling? Running a bit? You don't need to over-do it, but a little bit of exercise and a healthier diet can go a long way.
