I've been feeling down and sort of useless. I used to work out everyday now I'm just not feeling it. I have these moments that I just have like these body jolts and when I get upset I feel like my throat is closing up on me, i get these panic attacks and my chest starts to hurt. I've had a lot on my mind lately I just want advice to overcome this .

You seem stressed and seem to be experiencing the effects of anxiety and depression. The best thing to do is to talk it out with someone you are comfortable with. Working out is actually one of the best things to keep doing when under these conditions. When you feel the onset of a panic attack, control your breathing. Breathing techniques can help a long way with anxiety and panic attacks. Try to find a quiet place, lay down, place one hand on your chest and the other on your navel, when you breathe feel which hand rises...take deep breathes making sure the hand on your navel rises first (this means that your lungs are expanding fully through the use of the diaphragm rather than just the chest muscles allowing for more oxygen) and pausing before you blow out. You should try relaxing yourself and doing these breathing exercises.
If you can't find someone to talk to, just shoot me a message.

You seem stress, as said above.
Try drinking a bit more water and maybe more sleep.
Relax for a few days then try working out again, if you still get these pains then see a doctor.

No problem. The breathing exercises can be used for a lot of different things...I used to use em to help myself fall asleep faster.

I have had something like that in the past (I think), and It helped to just make a list off all the cool things I have done, what I do best, and all the things I do well, as well as cool things I could do. I know It might be hard, but do it, take it with you in your pocket, and whenever you feel down pull it out and think of all the cool things you have done, you do well, and try to do one thing in that cool things you do catogory every day.
