i used to get that before i could ejaculate. i think if it hurts its something to do with sperm developing. i dunno. it will go away mate dont worry:)

If you get this from being really aroused (and not being able to masturbate) or you masturbate, but not to orgasm, that's blueballs. Blueballs sucks but it's just uncomfortable. It won't damage you.
