i have had a few ppl i dont no on my msn asking me and i dunno wether to or not. i think its a bit wierd. is it normal? anyone ever done it?

I haven't done it, though I have watched people j/o over msn. It seems to be considered "normal" by some people.
My personal opinion now is that it is a bit weird and pathetic, but that is just my opinion.
