Im 15 and my dick is 4" inches in length. I have big balls tho. Should I consider dick enlargement pills?

im 4.5 and 15, and i consider myself small.

most guys are above 5 inches at 15, so anything under is small

in my opinion, you are small, and that's okay because you'll probably grow, and also, how do you know that you have big balls? did you compare or something?

also, how far are you in puberty? just starting or like been since 12 years old?

There is no real average for teens, there are no surveys conducted by valid medical studies, and at age 15 there's approx 5 years of puberty to go. With erratic rates of growth, you could grow 1 inch in 1 year, and then a half inch the year after that and still have 2 or so years to go. Even if don't grow much then, the full erected penis size would be

1 + .5 + 4 which = 5.5", a very decent size and average.
It's not small as I have seen a lot of stories on this site and there are many 15 y/os with 4" dicks.

he asked if his dick was below the average of an average 15 year old's penis.

the answer is yes. i am 4.5" and i am smaller than the average 15 year old. in my mind 5"+ is the average size.

and yes you can say that the persons dick is big or small before they are fully developed. his penis is small. there you go, i said it. a guy who has a 7" penis is big...oops, looks like i said it again. you also need to reword your sentences to fit the correct criteria of a sensible question
