Hi! My girlfriend and I have been going out for quite a while and we both really care for each other. She means the world to me! I think I'm ready to take our relationship to the next level... Telling her I love her! How do I go about doing this? Should I wait for a certain time? How should I bring it up, ease into it or just flat out say it? I need help!!!!

I'm not going to say it over text because this is something that should be done in person.
