Hello.

Can anyone explain me why is my penis is red when I itch it and why do I have these white pimples on it?

How to stop it.. when I had it for ages?

When you scratch any part of your body, it will turn red for a while. As for the white pimples, you can probably find good info here (http://pearlypenilepapules.net/what-is-pearly-penile-papules/). I have suggested it before and it seemed to help.

It could possibly be a bit more than this...

If you're sexually active you could have an STD. Or the area could be irritated by something. I suggest you speak to your doctor ASAP.

Yeah if you are sexually active it could be a STI (Sexual Transmitted Infection, we got rid of the D in Australia).

Other then that, I would recommend a trip to your GP :)

Go to a doctor, but just to clarify - STD and STI are the same thing.
