I physically can't get out of bed in the morning, and it's driving me fucking insane. I get plenty of sleep, so that's not it, and I've been having this problem for as long as I can remember. Every morning it's the same thing. I set 5 fucking alarms, they all go off at their respective times. I wake up (kind of), turn each off, and go back to sleep, then freak out and run out the door when I realize I needed to leave 5 minutes ago. It causes so much fucking stress. My mom yelling at me, me yelling at my mom, me being late to jazz band every day, me not getting any food.

So. How the fuck do you get out of bed in the morning?

You can get clocks which fall off the table and move around the room so you actually have to chase them to switch the alarm off, that should get you out of bed. Also you can get apps on your phone like alarm clock xtreme on the android where you have to answer maths problems which is the only way that makes me get up.

Set an alarm over the other side of the room so that you have to get up to switch it off or something.

my boyfriend has the same issue -.- though what i do to help him wake up is I open the shade real wide open so he gets light in his eyes, then i make him get into the shower right after he gets out of bed :P The shower wakes you up, but when you get out of the shower, get dressed and get some ice cold water to drink. You have to really make yourself do it. I know school sucks and you dont wanna do it, but hopefully this will motivate you :P

Yeah I've tried alarm clocks in various places around my room, I always just get up, turn them off, and fall back into my bed. And all that "you have to motivatee yourself to go to school" stuff is fine, but that's honestly the last thing on my mind when I wake up, so it doesn't really help.

Yeah i get that, but when you get up dont go back to bed. You go back to bed so thats your own fault for doing that :P If you have to walk over to turn your alarm off there is no excuse why you cannot just stay up and walk around or cook breakfast or make a list of things you need to do the night before and get to it when you wake up. Grogginess is understandable, no one really wants to get up for anything, but its your responsibility as a growing person to do it on your own, different techniques work for different people. You just have to want it bad enough, but it sounds like you dont :P theres no easy way.

You know what works for me? I have my alarm clock placed in a really weird spot on the other side of my room, it really makes me get out of bed in the morning. You really gotta force yourself to get right in the shower or whatever it is you do to start off your routine the instant you're up and out of bed.

In the morning my motivation to get out of bed is to go to school!

Try getting a sunrise lamp, so when you get up to turn off the alarms it is progressively brighter, I sometimes have the same problem, you just gotta get up and brush your teeth and have coffee/tea. That seems to usually help for me.

I think it has something to do with your anxiety about facing your mother (who's always yelling at you to get up) and maybe school as well. Focus on relaxation and stuff, maybe that'll help.

If I miss my alarm, my Mum doesn't think to wake me up at all.

I have a little game where I have someone hide several alarms in my room, and I have to find them all and turn them off. Works every time xP

On my tablet, I have an alarm that sounds like a fire alarm; stick that sucker on full volume and leave it on the other end of the room. Scares the living shit out of me each morning, but it certainly is effective. I'm going to try Nikki's suggestion, that android app, and see how it works for me.

My friend has a mattress that vibrates like an alarm and it's really uncomfortable until she gets out of bed and when there's no pressure it stops. Then if she gets back in again, for the next hour it keeps vibrating and making noise.
