First signs of puberty?

Ok so I'm 13 and haven't noticed any major differences of my body yet. So after researching for a while a lot of sites say pubes are the first sign. My question is how long are the pubes when entering puberty and where are they (above penis, on testicles etc) thanks for any help.

for me, pubes started above my penis, and they started out short (like at 12). At like 14 I got actual ball hair.

for me the first sign of puberty was my voice would go from high to low. I was actully al able to cum before I got pubes. I started getting pubes about 2 mos after I started cumming. they started at the base of my penis. hope this helps you out.

My penis and balls started getting bigger first, when I was 10 going on 11. When I was 11 I started getting pubes above my penis. Actually that's all I still have. A little fuzz on my ball sac and a little pit hair, but basically it is just above my penis.
