Ice helps, flicking rubber bands against your skin can, i used to draw over my skin with red pen which helped somewhat. It depends on you though, what might work for me might not work for you. The thing that i found most effective was putting my blades in a tin in my wardrobe and putting photos of people i care about on the front of my wardrobe so to get to them i'd have to see the photos, I'd feel guilty and stop and go do something else. It kept me strong for a year, give it a try.

Music helps me, I just always keep my docking station on and it seems to calm me down. Write it down, tense and then relax all your muscles, walk, rubber band. I agree with what was said above.

Punch something, take a long hot shower, or a short cold one, go for a run until your ribs feel like they're melting, dig your fingernails into your palms
And of course, the rubber band option.
Also, you could use your nails to scratch your skin without breaking it. Not ideal, but you won't end up with scars.
