Do any of you guys get this? Sometimes they'll go months without it itching and sometimes they just will not stop itching. Its not like itching on your skin either, its a biting sort of itching. Its not something I can ignore, its even painful sometimes. I know its not lice or anything like that, i've never seen lice on my balls or anywhere for that matter. Someone told me it might be lack of air perhaps. If it gets really bad then I use E45 lotion on them and then its fine for a few hours but it usually comes back.

Is there any permanent solution for this?

Talk to a doctor, I know it may seem embarrassing but it could be serious.

Is there anything I could do before going to a doctor though? I will if I can't find a solution but as I said it goes away almost instantly if I use E45 but it usually comes back. And then sometimes my testicles will stop itching for weeks and then it just comes back occasionally.

It could also be eczema developing. Have it checked ASAP.

pubic lice can really hard to see and even if it's not pubic lice going to the doctor can't hurt. rather safe than itchy

that could be a ring worm, I had a situation like yours before. I used salicylic acid on it and it worked after a week.
