i was wondering where the best place to cut is

There is no good place to cut. If you feel like cutting then do something to take your mind off it. Nothing good comes out of cutting and and it never will.
Please just do something you enjoy or keep yourself busy i mean its no use just sitting inside watching family guy all day or you will feel the urge to cut more. Keep yourself active and keep your mind off cutting. Please.

I won't give you a preech. I do not recommend you cut, though, but if you are going to do it, please do not cut deep. I heard that the hips are pretty safe.
