Sometimes, I wonder what my birthmom would think, if when she met me she saw all the scars down my arm. I'm so scared I'm gunna let her down :/ but then, at the same time... she walked out on me... so what should it matter :/

Hey what she would think doesn't matter. It shouldn't even enter your mind that you need to please her. If she walked out on you and can't even be bothered to come back and visit then why should it?
The people that matter are the people that brought you up, stuck by you when things got hard, the people that even when they let you down you forgave them because they matter.
The fact that she walked out on you probably added to the reasons you cut anyway. She let you down horribly, not the other way round.
She isn't worth a thought in your head.
