Don't react to what he's doing. If you react by shouting at him, or crying or something big like that you will just make a scene and it will provoke him more to do stuff because he knows you are an easy target.

Just ignore the loser. Get back to what you are doing, and look like you couldnt give two shits. He'll stop eventually. Bullies always like a reaction, so if you give him nothing, he will move on and stop annoying you.
