should i count it?

I was just lying in bed and then the corner of one of my scabs peeled up so i pulled it off along with the rest of the scab and then the neighboring one.
should i count this and drop down from five days to 0? i don't want to but i need others opinions

Depends on why you did it. I sometimes pick scabs out of habit or just... Idk I just do it, I don't count it as self harm because I'm not doing to cause myself physical pain. Honestly it's a judgement call, you need to think about why you did it to decide if it counts.

i did it for a bit of pain i guess but i've always pulled off my scabs so still at five days i guess
