I guess it really depends on the guy, for me, it's mainly based on the way he behaves. Some guys just do stuff that's really cute and funny, and I don't know, they almost seem a little more innocent or something? But also if they a cute face, sexy guys for me are incredibly fit, the way they behave, is a bit more complicated for me to explain, sorry! Hope I sort of helped a bit! :)

Generally, if a guy takes good care of himself (showers, shaves, etc.,) he's sexy.
But seriously, personality is important too! A guy can be a calvin klein model, but if he's an airhead he's not sexy to me at all.

Basically this in my opinion, not that i have a leg to stand on but when i refer to a guy as sexy it's usually bodywise and cute would be face.
