Frenulum Question

Will my frenulum grow longer as I progress through puberty? My foreskin finally separated today and when I'm hard, the foreskin goes right under the head and it still touches it. I want to know if I'll be able to be hard and then the foreskin will completely wrap around the shaft not touching under the glans one day.
