i have a gf im bi 14 but i still find othr guys atractive wen im with her i stare at hot guys sometimes i feel terrible and unloyal wat do i do

Its normal to be curious about other guys during your teen years. Theres not much you can do about it other than force yourself to look away. It is most likely a phase you will grow out of.

It certainly doesn't mean you're not loyal or that you are cheating on her by looking at other guys. You can't be expected to tune the entire world out, simply remember that you are dating her, and even if they are good looking, you shouldn't actually pursue any of the hot guys while you are dating her.

As CrossingtheCourtyard said, just don't pursue any of the guys, it's a look not touch thing, i was in the exact same boat as you but my gf was disgustingly mean to everyone, especially my girl friends (even though she knew i was bi and that i liked a guy) so i broke up with her :D

Looking at hot guys shouldn't make you feel unloyal.
It's only cheating if you do something with them or have feelings for them like you have feelings for your girlfriend. At least, that's the way I see it. Guys with girlfriends still watch porn, and that's not "cheating..." so please don't beat yourself up over it or try to stop.
