My left eyelid hurts, whenever I blink or touch it, it hurts. I don't now how this started but it just started not to long ago. Like an hour or so.. I thought it go away put it hasn't.
Did I do anything to make it go from a pinching pain to a throbbing pain by just holding my eye..
It honestly is hurting so much I'm keeping my left eye closed, and I have a high pain tolerance, I mean I had an ingrown toenail, and I couldn't even feel him taking it out. The doctors say I might have a too high pain tolerance because I might break something and not feel a thing. But this pain is unbearable and is getting in the way of stuff.
Should I be worried?

You should go see the doctor, there could be something tiny in there irritating it, and possibly scratching your retina/cornea. Getting a thorough eye wash should help. But I suggest talking with your doctor, a.s.a.p.

Yes he said it, if the pain is as bad as you say, do not wash it and go straight to a doctor or the ER. I am dead set, you can't muck around with eye injuries. Could be something minor, however if its serious needs to be taken care of asap.

I've been keeping it closed at much as I could. I honestly couldn't stand the pain.. A couple of friends said it looked very swollen and I should get it looked at..
I have ice on it now, to reduce the swelling but the pain is still there.

You definitely should get it looked at, there could be something in there causing this and it could cause long term problems
