mum just saw my cuts!

I completley forgot to cover my arms and my mum saw all my cuts, I laughed it off and just said that I fell and scratched my arms on a bush but she's really suspisicous now! What should I do?! :/

Honestly.. maybe it's time you tell her. To get help and support and whatever else you need.. One of the most difficult parts has [accidentally] been done - showing her the cuts. All that's left is telling her. Not that that's easy, but you're already partway to telling her. Plus, since she's already suspicious, you'd probably want to tell her, since chances are she knows already. She sounds like she cares, and wants to help.
