How to show self confidence?

How do you show self confidence? I dont have much of a high self. Confidence, but I'm trying, how do I show it? I do keep my head up and I don't look at the floor and I have good posture but what else?

First off, I personally don't consider posture an effective way of self-confidence. I'm very confident in myself, yet I have horrible posture.
Secondly [you don't have to answer this if you don't want to], what possible reason could there be for wanting to look more self-confidant?

Alright, enough un-helpfulness from me. Or, rather, more thereof. I can't help, there's no defining trait of a self-confidant person. Sure, in movies they walk stoically; chest puffed out, head held high, and self-surety practically oozing out of their pores. I can assure you that this normally doesn't happen.
