Im cut and on the bottom of my penis there is a beanshaped lump where the head and shaft meet, ive never had sex so it cant be an STD, help me, what is it?!?!

I'm really sorry to say that I have no idea. Could possibly be some scar tissue? I would advise speaking to your doctor about something like this.
