I would say its likely he was lying. It's very rare for someone to have a penis your size, let alone larger. Maybe he thought he was telling the truth but he probably is measuring wrong. How did you get on the subject of dick sizes when you were out to eat? Seems random.

Why do you guys always suspect someone lies if he happens to have a big dick? 8 inch or more may be rare but if only let's say less than 10% guys have that size it still means that there are MILLIONS of guys on Earth having over 8. Of course it is not common but very possible. I have over 8 icnhes and I have no need to exxagerate it.
