I sit with my legs crossed as I find it's comfortable and can keep my spine in better alignment.
When I say legs crossed I mean like this guy here.

I know that a lot of girls sit like this. For guys, is there any risk of damage to your testicles or anything? I find it comfortable, but get a "pinch" or "squeeze" every so often.
How many guys sit like this? How many girls sit like this?

I don't too often, just not my thing I guess.
As for it being dangerous, I don't think so - but who knows.

Yeah I can't see it being dangerous unless you are wearing tight pants.

Even with tight pants I don't see any potential damage in it. That is unless you are wearing pants so ridiculously tight they are unsafe to wear in the first place.

I can't remember ever crossing my legs... But I suppose it wouldn't really hurt unless your really crushing them in there...

Ive been told by my physio not to sit like that.
It messes up the lower back, kind of twists it if you sit like it enough.
but yeah most people sit like it so you shouldnt be that worried about anything.
