i liked my friend for years and he thought i was gay and i told him im not even though i am and we both are really close and theres only a few months of school left so i think its now or never, should i tell him how i feel and risk it, even though i wont see him after the end of school.

If ur never gonna see him again why not go for it. maybe u'll have some fun before the end of the school year. :)

Agreed. If you won't be seeing him after school, now is the time to tell him.

Yep. I agree with the above posters. If you may never see him again, you will probably regret it later on in life. Its scary now but it'll be worse when you're sitting there 6 months from going, "damn I wish I told him"

are one of you leaving the state for college? anyways, do u think he is gay himself? do u want to tell him just cuz he is your friend and you want to get it off ur chest, or ur hopin something could happen?

I always try to be honest with close friends, even though I'm in the closet to my parents and everybody else. I guess I've been really lucky that my friends have all been cool with it, and none of them were ever freaked out even though I'm in such a homophobic country, which is surprising. I even admitted my "love" to one friend and even though he said he would never feel the same, he never held it against me or anything and we're still friends (although it still hurts to be around him sometimes and I start acting weird, but he's really understanding). So yeah I think its probably worth the risk. To me, any friend who doesn't want to hang around with me when I've opened up to them, probably isn't worth having as a friend anyway. Your situation might be different somehow, but that's just my opinion.
