I recently had a growth spurt (height wise, not penis wise), when I was 16 I was pretty short.. shortest guy in my grade.. most of the guys in the year below me were taller than me but my penis when hard was over 7 inches... and I was told by a girlfriend at the time that she was really surprised at how short I was and how big my penis was. You're fine though, you're still growing (penis and the rest of your body), with time you'll get there mate.
