So after every workout I notice that 2 days later (If I did it Monday then I'd feel like this Wednesday) I feel like shit. I literally feel as if I'm sick, but it's every time after a workout. Sunday I worked out my biceps, legs, and abs. So yesterday I felt fine, but today I feel terrible. I know that it's normal to feel sore, but I always feel like I have the cold. Why is this?
