So like we all do. I have a REALLY annoying brother so what i do to get him behave is blackmail but im running out of ideas.

Sorry but this is not the way to handel things.

How old is he?

Talk to him, make him see sense or just stay away from him...

He's family and thats not a nice way to treat him.

Black Mail is a form of bullying and even if he has done shit to you 2 wrongs dont make a right....

Try a diffirent method...

Talk to him calmly about it, ask him to stop.

if you stay calm, and don't show any signs of annoyance, he will probably get bored and stop.

people annoy others because they know they can get a reaction out of them.

if you let him know its not working, he should stop.
