Question about molestation

If someone gets touched sexually as a young teen by someone substantially older than them but they enjoyed it... is it still classed as sexual abuse/molestation or pedophilia or anything?

Technically yes. Ok maybe I'm more open minded than most, but for me personally if everyone's enjoying it and nobody's being forced to do anything, I'm ok with it. I'm not like condoning it, but it doesn't bother me. Honestly, I've been touched by someone older but he asked me first and I said yes, and he's someone I've known for long time and he's really a cool person. But I also realised that he could get into a lot of trouble if anyone found out because technically its still considered abuse, so even if you enjoyed it just remember that there might be consequences. BUT if an older person does something without your permission, it's still TOTALLY wrong, even if you enjoyed it. I have a friend who was molested when he was 9 and he kept quiet for a long time because HE felt guilty because he enjoyed it. But even though he enjoyed it, he still didn't want it to happen, so if its something like that it is totally molestation! So I would say its more a question of willingness or permission than it is about enjoyment.

If he doesn't ask it is considered molestation, because he did it without getting permission. Whether you enjoy it or not, it is still considered sexual abuse I. The eyes of the government.

Any sexual contact between a man/woman older than 18 years old, and someone under the age of 18 who consents to this sexual contact, is considered "statutory rape". It doesn't matter, it's illegal.
