Ok so as you can imagine, this is a tad bit embarrassing for me to talk about but I do need some help. I have an issue with my erections. Recently they have not been as strong as they used to be. When I masturbate I get about 3/4 as hard as I used to (used to being about a month ago or less). During sex I'd get start to go a little limp after penetration but I chocked that up to performance anxiety. I don't masturbate all that often, maybe 3 times a week or less. Any ideas? Let me know if you need more info.

Again, this is a bit embarrassing so please, serious answers only.

It sounds like you are going through a fase. I would take a break and not masterbate for like a few days or a week. Maybe you just don't get turned on by the same stuff much any more. It helps to change it up accationally. Hope this helps. Good luck

I agree with this.
Maybe your sex drive isn't that strong. Stop masturbating for a bit. Maybe change what you do. Try different techniques and stuff. Make it more enjoyable for yourself. Try to get an erection without touching your penis.

It can be something as simple as being dehydrated.

It's probably psychological.

If you're still getting decent morning wood, I wouldn't worry about it so quickly. But if you start going a while without erections, I'd see a doctor.

Could be in your head, could be youre just not quite as horny as usual. Could be a phase, and you may not be getting the sufficient, and right type for you, of stimulation.

it happened to me before, I thought I had erectile dysfunction or something but then I didn't think about it and it was s'all good
it can be kind of a placebo effect if you think about it a lot.

Ok,, this is gunna sound weird,, but my brother is 14 and he had this same issue,, his erections were like still squishy,,, he was freakin out thinking he had E,D or some other problem. He was looking stuff up on-line and reading all this crazy stuff. We talked about it and i said why dont you just lay off masturbating for a while. he did, and he was fine after a week (or so) . Maybe sometimes you just have to give it a rest.

You might just not be reaching full arousal. Try taking a break for a bit.

So even after taking a break I'm still not getting a full erection. I'm gutting hard, just not as hard as I usually get. I've got no clue what prompted this or why it isn't going away. Any thoughts?

Are you stressed or worried about something? I've had things like that cause problems because I can't "concentrate" or whatever. Just as an experiment, have you tried maybe doing or thinking about something a little more "kinky" or different... just to see if doing/thinking something new maybe excites you more? It might not give you a permanent solution but at least might help you to figure out what the problem is, especially if trying it makes a difference?

I think sex starts in the mind and if your mind is distracted or if you're not relaxed then it might be an issue. Personally I find that thinking about something "naughtier" than usual seems to turn me on more. I guess "taboos" are exciting or something? Anyway, if that makes a difference then maybe its just coz you're bored with the same thing and need to spice it up a bit? I'm probably wrong but its just a thought.

You erection problems should be due to anxiety. It happens some time. It's OK that you still get 3/4 of erection as it used to be. But if you experience further more downfall in your erections, it time to consult your doctor and consume generic drugs like zenegra online, kamagra etc for you problems.

I think what it could be is that you are distracted. Something is on your mind and is a more serious matter that could be turning you off.
