Hurt Locker is a better movie to watch if you're wanting to see a film about the current war. This is just a complete fucking garbage film that feels like a recruitment video. Pretty much why everyone hates America summed up in this film. This film literally feels as if Call Of Duty became a movie.

You don't realize what it's like to actually hold a gun in your fucking hands, fire a bullet and kill someone. No, you don't fucking get it until you've done it. You don't understand why most people are coming back with PTSD now. There's a reason more people kill themselves then actually get killed now in there.

Target towards young people to make young people feel "patriotic" because the only way to feel patriotic is by big fucking guns and lots of blood.

It's fucking sick what this shit does to people. Makes me want to just puke.

Yeah hes right. Ive never done it but it is hard to kill people. Alot of my family were in the armed forces and they keep telling me how hard it is to kill someone for the first time. Yet they want to go to the military? Hmmmmm i think i mite its a good career if you dont get shot and dont get fucked up from the emotional stress.

This movie didn't really have a plot, it was more or less different missions afrer 9/11 that had taken place and they showed it first hand. It was more or less a recruiting video showing off saying he we're awesome come join. Not dissing the military in any way or form. It was pretty good, just not your typical movie layout.

Yeah as i said before its hard to kill a person. Ive never done it but I know a marine and my grand father. my grand father told me these horrible storys about how he was forced to kill people in korea against his will and the marine said about in vietnam how his companty got attacked and he killed about 10 vietnamise (thats what he says(He exagerates alot)) but its pretty damn hard to kill.

it was a good movie. All of the action scenes were done by active special forces so it's legit. wasn't my favorite war movie though.

Yes Mods i know im bumping my own thread....But aside from i picked the DVD Blu-Ray Combo pack up a few hours ago and watched the movie and all the extras. After watching it again i got the point of the movie a little better and there is a story line you just have to really pay attention to get it
