So I did a arm/bicep workout last week, and I was at 25 lb, how many pounds should I add this workout?
I do bicep curls. So I do 10 reps, then I do 8 reps, then 6 reps, then 4 reps, then 2 reps, then another 2 reps and I'm done. I feel the soreness the next day, I know I don't do that much reps and I can't lift a lot. But I'm trying to even out my arms, my right arm can do 25 lb and my left arm can do 20 lb (dumbbells).
