My cuts are so obvious at the moment i have about 20 on each arm and loads more near the top of my legs. My PE kit isnt a problem because i have a jumper but we have to get changed in front of everyone cause there are no changing rooms or anything and im finding it hard to get changed without anyone seeing :/ Any advice?

Ahh I have the same problem. There isn't an answer that will definitely keep them from seeing but you just have to try your best to turn away, keep your arms infront of you and face a wall. You can try makeup just to make them a bit less obvious. With the top of your legs you could wear thermal shorts and just say it's a bit cold which I do as well. Your pe kit could go underneath your uniform if it fits then you wouldn't need to change. Are bracelets an option if they are low down?
I hope this helped :-)

I used to have this problem when I did pe. In the winter I would wear a long sleeved top under my blouse on a pe day, no one really said anything as we all used to west vest tops etc under our blouses. Also chose to get dressed in a corner then you've less people surrounding you. I used to get changed like one arm at a time or find something to drape over my arm before I'd put my top on.
But other than that just try not to draw any attention to yourself whilst you change keep quiet, change quick and hopefully no one will ask.

I used to just get changed super quickly. I did everything normally, but when it came to getting my arms/stomach out, I'd do it quickly. I used to pull the PE top over my head and undo the buttons of my blouse, then I'd take the blouse off and quickly put the top on. My cuts/scars would only be on show for about 2 seconds. If that's the only thing you do quickly no one will notice, people will just think you're self conscious.

i have gym right now. i shouldn't since i already took it once and my school only requires one gym credit after you take a gym with a health, but i have it right now.
wear your gym clothes under your actual clothes. normal trick even people who don't cut do. makes changing fast and easy. it's winter right now so they won't way anything about something like a hoodie or a jacket right now and if they do then don't draw attention to yourself and just try to settle it fast.
i just branded my arm last night and i had gym again today. i wore a sweat shirt for a shirt and shorts (i don't hurt myself on my legs) and no one said anything.
little thing. if you think it's hard for you to change for gym with your scars then imagine changing for gym as a transgender with scars like me, i have to change around a bunch of guys all the time and i have to hide the scars i have.

Same problem. I usually try to rush to PE or get there really close to when class starts, so theres not many people around when I change, or I just turn at an angle where you can't swe the cuts abd hold whatever I'm changing into infront of my leg while changing. Best thing to do is not talk or make eye contact to draw attention to you. Goodluck. (:
