It isn't like I'm not trying. I'm not one of those kids who skip school (I have never ditched a class) and don't try. I've sort of gotten used to being over my ADHD head in AP classes by now, but I still can't handle it! I checked my grades today and I have 3 Cs and a D. Here are my classes and what the problem is:
Spanish: B. I'm getting the content and for the most part getting things turned in. I'm not quite sure what the problem is here.
AP US History: C. I understand the content (this class is a clicker), and naturally (cause you can't win in this class) I have a B- average on tests. However, I'm falling behind, and if my grades don't reflect that yet, they will.
Orchestra: A, of course
AP Chemistry: C. This class is hard as hell and my teacher isn't the greatest, to be honest.
Weight Training: C. I have a D in participation because I forgot to change a couple (2) times. Grr
Honors English: A :)
Honors Adv. Algebra: D!!! I don't do the homework because just no.
I'm not a C student!!! It makes me want to cry to see how hard I'm trying and the grades I'm getting in return. Then there are those future-valedictorian kids in my classes that just make it worse. I have to be honest though, I'm getting tired. I've been busting my ass all year, never doing anything on weekends, just to keep my head above the water. It's tedious to sit down and read for 5 hours. I'm reading 2 chapters per week in APUSH and it's grinding me down. Chemistry is just fucking hard and I really shouldn't have signed up. And Algebra, it's fairly hard, I can't focus in that class, and I never do the homework since I'm too busy busting my ass over my other classes. FML!!!
