If youre asking how many guys do it, well as the old saying goes 95% do, the other 5% lie/dont have arms.
If youre wondering who talks about it, well most of my friends are pretty private about it but we still talk about it every now and then and i pretty much know all my friends like routines you could say (ie how often, position, favorite thing to think about).
If you want to enjoy it more, I'd try new things. New techniques, positions, think about or watch some new stuff, just find what works best for you.

Thats Sorta hard question for me, Well In simplest terms I can think of Masturbation is something that will bring you greater pleasure as you get older. If you don't enjoy it much then as you get older and your sex drive matures, you may begin to experience more pleasure in masturbating. If you already do experience lots of pleasure when you first start, your sexdrive has already matured alot and it dosn't need to mature much further.

I think a large majority of teenage boys masturbate. People just don't usually talk about because its a bit awkward. I've talked about this stuff with good friends but no one else.
