Bump on Penis

Help!
theres a bump on my penis on the right hand side!
it sort of looks like a pimple, and sometimes it gets really sore if it brushes on something. Any Clues???

It could be an ingrown hair. If it's red and sensitive I'd bring it up to your doctor.
