View Full Version : How would I lose 2-3lb of fat in 7 days?

My current goal is to lose 2-3 lb of fat in 7 days. First off how would I? How many calories should I eat a day? What foods will fill me up while being low calorie? How noticeable would losing 2-3 lb of fat be?
I've got a a workout plan set.

Oh ok I gotchu bro, Stop eating after 9 o clock pm. You will lose like 5 lbs in a week with that its easy that way you dont have to calorie count as much. Just limit yourself to 3,000 a day if you excersice and 1,000 if you dont.

Cardio man. Run, cycle, walk etc.
As above said, 3,000 is good if you work out, even 2,500 is fine depending on how much you eat.
Also, cut out any unnecessary food.
Have a big and healthy breakfast, lunch, and dinner and no snacks in between.
2-3lbs in a week should be easy if your working out and eating well.

Proteins take the longest to break down in your body, so I'd say that. Lean beef, pork, lamb or chicken.
Do intensive cardio first thing in the morning too, as that's when your body runs on your reserves. I do that before breakfast every morning except Sundays and I'm guessin it works :D

1000 calories a day? Wat.
Even if you don't workout regularly, that seems almost dangerously low. Hell, I'b often seen 1200 as the minimum for adults, so a teenager should be significantly higher.
Anyways, rocky, you seem skinny already, so why do you want to lose that much weight so quickly?

A goal, I'm trying to lose more body fat so I can increase muscle... So like I want to lose a lot of body fat, then workout much more hardcore

Hi Rocky,
To lose 2-3 lbs in a week do add green tea, broccoli, berries, whole grain bread, salmon fish, brown rice in your diet meals as they will help you in burning fat. Do start some exercise to lose weight effectively.

Combining cardio with dieting. Do 20-30 min cardio for 5 days with a healthy diet -- don't count calories or anything but just keep a well-balanced diet.
On the last two days take a break from cardio and do a body detoxing cleanse. Fruits and veggies only. To drink: water, natural fruit juices or green tea (no sugar).

That's great advice, don't eat late as your metabolism slows and more energy is converted into fat.
Eat 4-5 smaller meals instead of 3 or 2 bigger meals

A lot of push ups, jogging and healthy eating is all that you need :) of course its easier to say than to do it, but once you start, its piece of cake. :3
