I'm really embarrassed about talking about this; I feel to conscious to ask any of my close friends or my parents about it, so here goes..
After going to the toilet (weeing), urine still comes out like when I sit down or walk around afterwards, only like a bit, but it still really uncomfortable. IT sometimes even happen when I haven't been to the toilet, like when I lift heavy things.
I've tried 'milking' after I've been, and it doesn't really make any difference
It's been happening for quite a while now, and I really wanna know what's going on
any comments would be really appreciated :)

There's a few things you can do. First avoid having a very full bladder. That means going more often and avoiding alcohol and caffeine.
Then it sounds like you should see a urologist. There's enough here that can't be examined in these forums.

Curious? Let's talk.

That must be really annoying and embarassing for you and I wouldn't say it's normal. I would advise you to talk to your GP about it in the first instance. I know it's awkward if your parents make the appointment, but just tell them it's something personal and hopefully they will not pry into it any further.

Have you talked to your parents / doctor?

Try talking to your GP, since they would know better than probably all of us here.

Again, try not to have an 'over full' bladder, see the Doc. I usually get a couple of drops (it happens to almost everyone) but not to the degree when I get uncomfortable. Good luck in the future!

You could sit down on the toilet while peeing. That might help get rid off excess urine that's in the shaft of your penis after you've peed.

I agree, your doctor might have some good advice about this. As nick said, just tell your parents its something personal.

I get the same thing if I drink iced tea. Even if I vigorously shake or milk it, a bit still comes out after finishing. After several minutes though, everything is good to go. I don't randomly leak unless I just recently went to the restroom.

It could be your body not properly distributing energy throughout your body unconsciously, try focusing on flexing your penis, I find it helps me re-balance how my energy is redistributed. and the more you do it eventually you may not have to do that except for maybe once a year or once every 6 months, if that works for you, there's muscles that are in your urinary track that control urine flow, when flexed they stop the flow of urine and when not flexed urine flows freely, You just need to re-balance your energy flow in most cases to fix that, some peoples bodies actually will regulate the energy flow automatically when it becomes unbalanced
