Electra Heart

So, my mom said something to me earlier that's making me lose a bit of sleep. I'm 14, 120lb, and fairly healthy. I have a modest diet and recently cut out caffeine. The problems are:
1. No matter HOW much I sleep, I'm tired. I usually go to bed about 10 PM EST every night, Only because I have to wake up at 5:30 for school. When I get up I feel like I'm going to die, i've fallen over and gashed my head on the door because I literally fell asleep on my feet. I've tried goin gto bed at 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, you name it, same results (as mentioned before I tried to cut down the caffeine to if that was the problem but to no avail.)
2. I never get cold. As upposed to when I was little, I'd always shiver and complain of the cold, even got Pneumonia twice. It's quite scary now though, today it was about 30 Degrees Fahrenheit out and I was wearing flip-flops, shorts, and t-shirt, and began sweating... I thought it was nice at first but now it's really beginning to bother me.
3. I get constant migraines. All the time, in class, trying to get to bed, etc. etc. I pop ibuprofen all the time but that makes me drowsy, which causes more migraines. They are all pretty uncomfortable but they can range from a bothersome throbbing to my head feeling like it's going to crack open.
4. I am getting sick WAY more than usual. I have a well set immune-system and I almost never get sick, just some allergies here and there and well controlled asthma. Lately though, I've been randomly feeling feverish, achy, hot flashes, etc.
I talked to my mother who is a registered nurse at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and she threw several diagnosis's at me and told me I had to go get blood drawn. I know she's my mother and a nurse and all but I feel like she is a little more concerned about it because I'm her son. I just want a second opinion if any of you have one, thanks.
