Hey guys I have some abs but I would like to tone them more do any of y'all have a regular workout that would help me with this?

Look at my pic my abs are toned I started working out 2 and a half months agot I started doing 100 crunches and 100 situps aday and 50 situps laying on ur side that gets them more toned

Cardio burns abdominal fat, which is crucial for ab definition.
The subcutaneous fat (which you can get rid of with cardio) is what makes your abs look not-so-ripped.
As for exercises, there's one which works your obliques where you have your legs wrapped around something like a post or med ball, and do a chest press with one hand and dumbbell. the arms/pecs workout is a bonus.

30 minuts of physical activity a day (sex included, according to doctors lol)
Best for you to see a trainer to work out a plan that suits you best. I wouldn't start heavy lifting until you're at least 15-16 AND through most of puberty. There are cases of stunted growth, hasn't been proven but better be safe than sorry.
