Foreskin Retraction (Uncut Only)

I'm 14 and I can't retract my foreskin past the head of my penis, is this okay and how far can you retract yours?

I can retract it so that the foreskin lies at the same level as the top part of the head, and most of the top part of the head is visible. Is this also normal?

For me when its soft, i can move it back. but when its hard, the foreskin is too small to be pulled... So i think its normal

Yes thats fine. Every day you should slowly tug on it, also tug on it in the shower too. Mine comes back aswell.

I only just started to be able to pull mine back. It got better when I was sitting in a hot bath to do it. It still a bit tight
