Many people would feel betrayed by going forward with this and not feeling it necessary to mention it to someone you're in a relationship with. I mean, if you're polling strangers on the Internet you should probably poll the girlfriend too.

I would say do what some people have already suggested, talk to your gf about it, see what she thinks. Her opinion is probably important to you and you wouldn't want to give in to his request for a jerk off session if it would make her upset. Also, keep it secret, not that there is anything wrong with jacking off with your mates, straight or gay, people and kids are mean and like to spin things to make themselves feel superior. We know this from expierence and the media.
