I am 15 but i realized that most who raised this problem are only 13/14?

Whenever i tried to j/o in the past, nothing will come out. It's only recently that started to spot some clear pre-cum.

i fail to get an erection when i tried to j/o sometimes

I wouldn't say anything is wrong. People mature at different rates and you may just be maturing slower then some others. There is not anything wrong with that and there is no need to be concerned. I am 16 and I can't even get erections every time I try to masturbate.

If you're biologically able to orgasm and ejaculate, then you just need some practice finding the mental focus and stimulations that you enjoy most, and respond to.

Have fun practicing, and mix up your routine so you can respond to a variety of different stimuli.

Your just a slower developer in some,places we grow faster than others.... I just now developed pre-cum but I could still ejactulate and all that so yea your perfectly fine and the lose of boners coils be mental block try to relax you could be too streesed
