I'm overweight. Technically, I'm probably obese. The term sounds so dirty to me. Obese. Me. I'm fat, ugly, and disgusting.
I've been having these thoughts too often lately. Every time I eat, I feel this incredible urge to go to the bathroom and throw up. Its either that or give up eating. I've done it before. I lost weight from it before. Why not do it again?
That's rhetorical. I know why I shouldn't do it. But it isn't enough. I want to be THIN.

I know how you feel I think about doing it to.

I don't think you want the Anorexia Scare lecture I've given a few times. If you think you need it though, I'd be happy to go through it for you. I'd rather do so than let someone choose the same path.
But you know that throwing it up or starving it will not get you HEALTHY. Because that's the goal. Losing weight accompanies healthy choices, but the emphasis should be on your health, because as shallow as this society is, it's still all that matters.
Starving yourself or throwing up does, yes, cause you to lose weight incredibly fast when your body is getting no nutrition at all, but don't think you can keep that up. Eventually your body goes into what is called starvation mode, and you won't be losing any weight at all then. Everything you eat will go straight into fat at that point, and your body will save the fat and start breaking down your muscle and organ tissue. And recovering from that is even harder than losing the weight healthily. You just gain it all back if you stop. The healthiest and most effective way to lose weight is to limit your portions, eat right, and exercise. Please don't choose any other path, because there's only one path that will lead you to success in this situation. The rest will lead you to even more hardships.
