Itches

Alright, I'd still like to think I'm going through puberty, I do havve pubic hair down their, but lately my balls have begun to itch. I'm going to assume it's just more hair growing, as in other cases when people shave their pubic hair, when it grows back it itches a lot. There are bumps indicating that there is pubic hair growing. I just want some posts of assurance, to make sure it ain't something else.

That's what it is - hair itches a bit when it grows in, because it touches and irrittes the skin sometimes. :)
