This is so hard, I can't do it anymore! All these people "oh I need to lose weight" it's so triggering. Probably shouldn't of got on pretty thin but I miss it. I miss all of it so much.

Ya, stay away from PT. I know they have the whole "recovery" thing, but it's imposible not to be triggered... I'm trying to distence myself from it, but it's a hard habit to break.
I totally know what you mean about stupid people being triggering. This girl on my softball team the other day was carrying on about how much she wishes she was anorexic and how fat she is, when she looks like a frekin' super model. It's not only triggering but offensive.
Don't give up. Your right, the road to recovery IS full of potholes, but the road does get smoother the farther you go.

Thanks but I don't even know if I want to continue recovery it's taking everything in my willpower it's so exhausting. Restricting was so much easier.

It might seem that way now, but just try to think about how eating disorders control your life, and the things that you wish you could do but can't because of your ED. Sorry if I sound preachy.

Hun, i definitely understand where you're coming from. Im currently in the process of recovery and i definitely have bad days still. I mean i weighed myself the other day and i am now the heaviest ive ever been. It was triggering for me at first but them i remembered why i chose to recover in the first place. You just need to remind yourself that it simply isnt worth it and if you truly are comitted to getting better, you should know your limits. For example, on Tumblr, there are a lot of thinspo blogs that i had to unfollow even thought a lot of them were my friends online because i know that thinspo is a HUGE trigger for me.
It does get better though hun. Dont give up. Not yet anyways. :)
Im here if you ever need to chat. <3
